Who We Are
Watts Up Solar LTD is one of Nova Scotia’s premier residential and commercial solar contractors. Operating for over 10 years we have completed more than 1400 projects across our beautiful province. We’re looking to add members to our installation team to support our continued growth within the region.
This is a full time position and can be weather dependent. With that in mind, some days will be long and some will be shorter. We need installers who can be flexible to adapt to the changing weather and take advantage of good working days to keep projects moving on schedule.

Job Requirements
- Must be a team player
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Installation of solar panels and related equipment
- Comfortable with a smartphone and various computer software
- Comfortable to work on metal or asphalt roofs of varying steepness
- Must be comfortable working at heights and with ladders
- Able to follow diagrams and design plans
- Ability to lift ~50-75lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working with a variety of hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license and own transportation

- Project productivity and quality control
- Project updates in our project management software
- Communicating project status to project stakeholders
- Crew safety
- Site cleanliness - we work in customers personal spaces

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
